The South Bend Regional Police Academy is now a training site for the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). NW3C is a congressionally-funded, non profit corporation; through a combination of training and critical support services, they equip state and local law enforcement agencies with skills and resources needed to tackle emerging economic and cyber crime problems.

Individual police agencies must sign up for a free membership in order to take advantage of free training that will be provided by NW3C. Once the department is registered, the individual officers may register online for the training courses they desire to attend.

Registration can be done by going to the WN3C website.

Other non-regional academy training will again be sponsored at the South Bend Police Department.

This type of training will be provided at a cost departments will pay directly to the training provider.

Should you have any questions or other training requests, please call the South Bend Police Training and Recruitment Bureau at 574-235-9224.
