What kind of ID is needed to need to ride a scooter

Q: I have 2 questions. One, what kind of ID is needed to need to ride a scooter under 50cc? Is it a State ID card? And can I drive with a car drivers license? Two, can a person 16 and over use a pellet gun under the home invasion act?


A: Indiana requires an official state issued ID card or an IN Operators License to operate, as previously discussed. On the second question, I am not sure about the "home invasion act" that you mention, however pellet type guns can be used within the home as they are not regulated federally like firearms.
