Child's visitation

Q: If a father and mother agree on a child's visitation schedule and the father doesn't fullfill his time with the child, can he be held in contempt of a court order?

A: It depends upon the visitation and court custodial arrangements you have. Please contact the JJC or a family law attorney for more advice on civil custodial matters!
